HIGH-FLOW 12 GAUGE SUPPRESSION
The JK Armament 195 SBSX 12 silencer is fully configurable and can be tailored to your specific needs. Designed for military and law enforcement use, the SBSX is a high-flow version of their other shotgun silencers. This allows better function on semiautomatic and select-fire shotguns. The unique baffle assembly improves gas flow through the silencer and significantly reduces backpressure.
JK offers the most customizable silencers on the market, and the 195 SBSX 12 is no exception. It can be run in a number of length configurations, from only 3.375″ all the way up to the ultra-quiet 10″ setup. In the shortest configuration, the SBSX is only 4.6 ounces. Even at the maximum length, it’s still under 15.5 ounces. This allows for a much more natural feeling and balance when shooting suppressed. The extreme ends of the spectrum aren’t the only options. Most users will find the setup ideal for them somewhere in between.
The 195 SBSX 12 can be used with a number of ammunition types. Lead and steel bird shot, buck shot, and slugs are all compatible for use with the silencer. It is recommended to use shot shells with a cup-style wad, but this type of loading is standard with most modern commercial ammunition.
The 195 SBSX 12 uses JK Bald Eagle Choke Replacement Muzzle Devices (CRMD) to mount. These devices replace the choke in your favorite shotgun, with a taper-mount interface. This interface will easily allow the silencer to mount to the host firearm.
